[ Thor wears sleeveless shirts for two reasons: he's overly warm most of the time and if you had his arms, wouldn't you? It is a natural part of his armor too, so it's a style that suits him best. He's seen Poe before but he's curious to look the man over and see if there are differences. The tousled hair is a particular point of attracation; as he said he remembered running his fingers through Poe's curls.
